We are currently working with our partner DHL Express to have your orders reach you safely and swiftly. Therefore, the delivery charges are incurred by the customer and are payable upon checkout.

As soon as your order is received, we start processing. Please note that we take more care at our delivery center because to COVID-19, so that orders might take longer than normal. Individual goods need 3 to 5 days to create your item personalized. The delivery times depend on the mode of ship you choose at the checkout.

Our customer support team will receive your order and immediately initiate your request, if it is a custom order then you will be notified via email.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You will be directly billed for any order you place online, your payment will be kept on hold for the first 30 minutes. However, once the order is processed then we will initiate your order and complete the transaction accordingly.

Products with manufacture faults, missing components, and other difficulties originating before shipping – are treated differently than damaged goods which are covered in the next section (products that have been damaged by the carrier during transport).

We ask you within 30 days after receipt of your order to report any product faults. IINMART will try to replace your product after 30 days, but there may be costs.

IINMART always prioritizes the handling of replacement requests. We realize the possible delays. However, it is always subject to availability upon request.

All changes and cancellations must be done within the first 30 minutes of you placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellations can no longer take place and we will not be able to refund your order.
